The assembly pictured to the right was manufactured completely by MetPlas.  It illustrates how MetPlas can perform a multitude of tasks on one assembly that most times would have to be farmed out to multiple suppliers.  It includes the following:

• CNC Machined FR-4 Body with Black Epoxy Paint Applied in our Paint Booth
• CNC Machined Aluminum 6061 Arms with Red Annodized Finish
• 303 Stainless Steel Shaft with Turning Work Done by MetPlas
• Hardware Installation Including; PEM inserts, Helicoils, Bronze Bushings and Springs
• Final Assembly of All Components
