The first picture is a sub-component of a respiratory device used to treat sleep apnea. MetPlas machines the bottom "cup" from steel, does the coil winding and assembles the entire unit as shown in the picture. We also perform functional testing on every unit to assure quality in this FDA approved device.
The remaining images are MRI Patient Handling Systems during production . Materials used in these systems are of necessity non-magnetic and include Nema G-10, PVC, GPO-3, aluminum, stainless steel and brass. Over 90% of all componenets used in the assembly are manufactured "in-house" by MetPlas.
